What I am is complex, but let me give you some snapshots.

I'm a small business owner, I own a computer consulting business (I'm back down to just the single shop) in Portland, Oregon.

I've been a host on a weekly computer and technology radio show - currently I'm exploring moving the show to a Podcast. Feel free to drop me a question or topic you'd like to have covered. I've put some of the old shows up under my 'music' page, if you want to listen...

I'm a proud Navy Vet. Served 9-1/2 years on active duty attaining the rank of FC1 (SW/AW) before opting to take an early out and get off recruiting six months early (that's how much I hated recruiting).

I believe in free speech, but I also believe in my right not to listen. If you bore me, I'll wander off.

I shouldn't have to say this, but based on exhibited behavior, it appears I must. I invite comments, I encourage discussion - even discussion I don't necessarily agree with, provided you aren't just ranting and raving ... discussion implies a two-way flow of ideas! Civility is the rule on this page ...
